What a great Easter Sunday. Two really great talks in Sacrament about the life of the Savior; I actually did a Sharing Time with our primary kids that I thought was worth something and where I know they had an opportunity to feel the Spirit (it is not always so when I am in charge of sharing time, I feel); I made a ham dinner for twelve people and everything was YUMMY if I do say so myself; I watched my kids hunt Easter eggs in the back yard, then re-hide the eggs themselves so they could hunt them again; we ended the Easter festivities with four desserts, yes, I said four. Have to take advantage of those holidays! Hope yours was a happy day as well!
Ethan coloring eggs with Uncle Lee
Sara Katherine and her egg collection!
He looks disappointed with his collection, huh?
Aren't these cute little birds nests?
I thought this was so sweet. Sara Katherine found a green egg. She knows that green is Ethan's favorite color and she chased him around the yard trying to give it to him. When they're not being mean to each other, they're very, very sweet to each other.
This is Aunt Rebecca's dog, Beau. Sara Katherine calls him her "Beau-dog" and she threw a whopper of a hissy fit when they left for Memphis. We have got to get these kids a dog...someday.
